Brain Bites

The perfect snack to increase cognition!!
These Walnut Chocolate Cherry Brain Bites increase focus while providing energy to keep you healthy & your brain happy!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Whole grains (Oats, Wheat Rye, Barley, Tricale & Flaxseed)

  • 2/3 Cup peanut (or nut)  butter

  • ½ Cup ground flax seed

  • ½ Cup walnuts (toasted)

  • ½ Cup dried tart cherries

  • ¼ Cup 70% dark chocolate 

  • ¼ Cup cocoa nibs

  • ¼ Cup chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon

  • ¼ Cup Honey

  • 1 Tsp 100% Vanilla

Instructions
  • In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and hand mix until fully combined.
  • Chill mixture in refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes. 
  • Roll mix into 15 to 20 evenly sized balls.  
  • Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator or freezer.  
  • Enjoy!
